Prom Dress Returns and Customer Service Information:

  • Contact Us: If you have any issues with your dress, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. For any inquiries, email us at service@tuddos.com.

  • Return Policy:

  1. We do not support customers order several dresses back home for try on and then keep one return the rest.
  2. We suggest customers keep the dress or donate it if there's small problem with the dress, we can do partial refund.
  3. If insist need return the dress, you should contact our customer support first within 24 hours; Our service will send the process of returning, and pls keep in mind, you need pay shipping fee back, and after we got the dress returned, we will do refunds (shipping fee and rush order service fee is nonrefundable, and there will be a 15% restocking fee).
  4. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method. And also we do not support free returns if the dress is in good condition and you just do not like it or do not need it any more. Because all our dresses are customized, hope you understand.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours due to the start of production. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur an $50-$80 fee. For complex styles, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • International Orders: Due to the complexity and high cost of international courier, it is difficult to abort or return the parcel in transit, so once the parcel is shipped, we will not accept return for refund. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service staff upon receipt of your clothes.

  • Refund Timeframe: Due to some customers requesting a refund after using the gowns once or twice, our gowns will not be refunded after three days of signing the receipt. If you receive a gown with quality issues, please contact customer service immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Refund arrival time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned dress, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
